FlashSeal®

FlashSeal from SaverSystems is a long-lasting flashing repair system designed to stop leaks from faulty or deteriorated flashing around chimney stacks and vents.

FlashSeal Elastomeric Sealant is available in one gallon containers and is used in conjunction with FlashSeal Reinforcement Fabric--sold separately in 150 ft. rolls. One roll of Reinforcement Fabric will last through 3-4 gallons of FlashSeal. The only tools needed are a pair of scissors and a 3 or 4 inch paint brush.
