Cre-Away is a dry chemical that you just spray up a glazed creosote lined chimney. As your customer continues to use their fireplace, Cre-Away reacts with the glaze and converts it into a brushable form of creosote (about one or two weeks). You get 2 or 3 treatments out of each squeeze bottle.
